Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Health Qigong Canberra website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Program Registration and Payments

We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor. By purchasing a program, workshop, or package, you agree to pay the fees listed for the respective service. All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information. By providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our cancellation and refund policy operates in addition to your statutory rights.

4. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Health Qigong is a complementary wellness practice designed to support general health and wellbeing. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and should not replace professional medical advice or treatment. By participating in our programs, you assume all risks associated with physical activity.

5. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for exercising within their own physical limits and must immediately stop if they experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or any unusual symptoms.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Health Qigong Canberra is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in classes, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

7. Attendance & Missed Classes

Missed classes are generally non-refundable. Where practical and subject to availability, Health Qigong Canberra may offer a make-up class at its discretion.

8. Photos & Videos

From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken during classes for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any photographs or recordings, please notify the master before the class.

9. Minimum Age

Participants under 18 years of age must be registered by a parent or legal guardian and, where required, be accompanied by a responsible adult.

10. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Health Qigong Canberra and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the country and foreign countries.

12. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Force Majeure

Health Qigong Canberra is not responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, public health restrictions, or venue unavailability.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory and the Commonwealth of Australia.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
